This article will go over how to create a rule to prevent Canvas emails from going into your junk/spam folder in Outlook

Troubleshooting/Resolution
If your Canvas notifications are automatically being filtered into your Junk Mail folder, please create a new Rule in your Outlook settings using the following steps:
	- Open Outlook settings
 
	- Select View all Outlook settings
 
	- Click on Rules
 
	- Add a new rule as follows...
	
		- Name: "Canvas Notifications," or any preferred name
 
		- Add a condition: select "From" and then type the Canvas notifications email (notifications@instructure.com) into the sender field
 
		- Add an action: select "Move To," then select the desired folder for Canvas emails (e.g. Inbox).
