When you access Microsoft Bookings through a web browser, you will land on your "Personal booking page".
- Click the Create button on the right hand side of the screen.
- On Step 1 of the booking page creation menu, create a name for the booking page and click Next.
- On Step 2 of the booking page creation menu you can add folks to the booking page and choose one of several roles for the staff member.
- Administrators have the most power over the booking page. Administrators can control who has access to the booking page, configure settings on the booking page, and have control over what information both customers and staff members can seen
- Team Members can view and edit their own calendars but not anyone else's
- Schedulers can schedule appointments without being able to modify services or settings
- Viewers have read access to all parts of the calendar, but cannot make any changes
- Guests cannot open the Bookings calendar, but they can be assigned appointments communicated via email
- On Step 3 of the booking page creation menu, you can edit the pre-created appointment type or continue on with the default setting
- On Step 4 of the booking page creation menu, you can set the permissions for who can see the booking page, check availability, and book appointments
- Click Create and it will create the booking page
- Once the booking page is created, it will display a link for you to share where folks can book appointments on the page
- Clicking Get Started will take you to the booking page menu where you can further configure your page
