Overview
This article describes how to change the default reply setting from "Reply to All" to "Reply" to sender only.
Environment
Applies to Microsoft Office.
Troubleshooting/Resolution
To change the default setting Reply to All, to Reply (to only reply to the sender) follow these steps:
	- Login to your email account at outlook.office365.com
 
	- Click Settings (Gear icon) in the top right
 
	- Click View all Outlook Settings
 
	- Click Mail on the list of options on the left side of the screen Compose and reply
 
	- Change the default response, by clicking to Reply
