How to Change My Financial Aid Email Address

Overview

Changing your email for Financial Aid requires signing into another system, updating the email, and it will then sync to MyMadison.

Environment

Within Student Aid and MyMadison.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
  1. Login to your account on https://studentaid.gov and change the email address associated with your account.

Note: This can take 72 hours to fully sync with MyMadison and become the email that financial aid notifications are sent to.
