Change from Classic Mode back to Modern Mode/View

Overview

You would like to change the MyMadison view back to the modern view.

Environment

Applies to MyMadison.

Troubleshooting/Resolution

The account will stay signed into "classic" mode as it caches the data in the browser to keep you signed into classic mode. There are two methods to have MyMadison return to the modern view

  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Clear cache and browser history.
